We operate a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with advanced horizontal and vertical molding technologies. Our capabilities include a fleet of 12 brand new Shibaura servo-controlled horizontal injection molding machines (100 Tons to 250 Tons) and brand new imported vertical servo-controlled insert molding machines (40 Tons to 100 Tons) engineered for processing complex engineering polymers and glass-filled components.
Our Quality Management System (QMS) and laboratory testing facility is equipped with high-precision inspection tools and instruments. We carry out rigorous dimensional checks, mechanical testing, and quality audits at every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure that all plastic and insert-molded components conform to strict customer standards and ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949:2016 specifications.
